This B&B is located exactly in the center of Corsica at 1000m. altitude. This large and old stonehouse is surrounded by the Vizzavona forest, reknowed for the beauty of the tall Lariccio pine trees.
Vizzavona is a hamlet of Vivario, village of Haute Corse (Northern Corsica).
3 double rooms and 2 family rooms.
This house was totaly refurbished and offer all the modern confort:
- Shower, sink and toilet in all rooms
- Free Internet access
- Free parking
The breakfast is included in the room rate. You can enjoy your breakfast in the large saloon or on the terrace surrounded by linden trees. The breakfast time is a good opportunity to discover all Vizzavona can offer you like hiking trails, rivers, moutains and other activities.
As Vizzavona is in the Center of Corsica, it is a strategic point to visit the island. Corte, Ajaccio, Ile Rousse, Calvi, Bastia, ..., can be reached very easily by the road.
Casa Alta is specially designed for moutain and nature lovers. Several services are proposed for hickers. A GR20 stage not to be missed!
Finally we are located at 500m. only from the train station. So it is easy to reach us and then spend time to discover the differents trails. A lot of them start from our house.
